According to the Thai goverment only boys want to have sex

The Thai Police will arrest anybody outside and romantic after 22.00 this valentine. If you are around in a risk area like shopping mall, disco, bar or hanging around with the other sex then you risk getting driven home and get a warning.

The Thai government is trying to make young Thais not to have so much sex and they believe that boys are evil “would not fall into the trap of easy sex with their boyfriends.”

It is pretty funny statement basically it tells you that only boys want to have sex girls just scarifying themselves.
