The owner of Bio Clinic in Don Muang yesterday denied charges filed inveigh him by the Public Health Ministry and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that he produced medicine without authorisation and produced unregistered medicine.
Kaweewat Hengsawat common the charges at the Economic and Technological Crime Suppression Division (Ecotech) and said he would testify in court.
Division chieftain Pol Maj-Gen Wisuth Wanichbutra said the medicines in search are resolute and serum silicone. Both substances are regulated and controlled by the FDA.
He expected investigators to finalise the copy and tender it to the prosecution within three weeks.
Dr Kaweewat, formerly certified as Paisarn, declined to comment on the do in of Apassanan Thitichotechaipreecha.
